Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone if provided, subject and message.
- Booking: name or company, email, date, schedule, venue, options, comments, then payment via Stripe.
- Technical data: server logs, security cookies (session / CSRF) required for the site to work.
- Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4, only if you accept cookies.
Purposes
We use this data to reply to requests, prepare and confirm assignments, process payments (authorisation then capture if the studio confirms), send booking emails, keep legal records, and — with consent — understand how the site is used.
Cookies
Necessary (always on): session and security cookies for the forms and Stripe checkout. These are not used for advertising.
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 (G-5EP72LZQ7M) loads only after you click Accept. If you refuse, no GA cookie is set and the script is not loaded.
You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Processors
- Infomaniak — hosting and email (Switzerland).
- Stripe — card payments. The card is authorised, then captured only if we confirm the assignment.
- Google — Analytics, only with your consent.
Retention and transfers
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request, then archived if a legal duty applies. Booking records follow accounting and contract rules. Analytics data follows Google’s settings. Some processors may store data outside Switzerland; they are required to provide an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing, subject to legal exceptions. Write to info@photographegeneve.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
